Hyatt Regency Istanbul Atakoy Hotel

The hotel offered high-quality amenities, including a well-equipped gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a spa. the rooms were luxurious and comfortable, with a nice view. the catering provided a variety of delicious options for breakfast.

The hotel staff seemed inflexible when it came to accommodating dietary restrictions, creating an unpleasant experience. the charges for parking services were not made clear from the beginning, giving the impression of hidden fees.

I had a fantastic time at the Hyatt Regency Atakoy. The gym and spa facilities were amazing, especially the pool and outdoor area. It was a rare find in Istanbul. Being conveniently located near the airport was a huge plus. The early check-in and late checkout provided added value to my stay. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The hotel is very new and competitively priced compared to other major chains. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay near the airport or even for those willing to take taxis into the city. I had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency.

The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, I enjoyed every meal I had there. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, close to key attractions and transportation options, making it convenient for exploring the city.

I did have an issue with the hot water in my room. the first morning, the shower was freezing cold and despite informing the front desk, the situation did not improve.

Travelling alone, I loved the spacious, comfortable rooms with excellent views, and the luxury bathrooms with deep baths. The hotel's stylish design, with open-style corridors, added a touch of luxury. The staff were accommodating and promptly fixed any issues. The breakfast, though not traditional European style, was tasty, healthy, and with plenty of options. The hotel also had great facilities, including a big swimming pool, sauna, and an excellent spa with great massages. The rooftop restaurant was a must-visit, offering fantastic views and delicious food. The hotel also had a good child policy.

They made sure we felt welcomed and even gave us a complimentary bottle of white wine. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great bathroom. Our room had exclusive advantages with elegant decoration and scenic views. the restaurant, poolside snack bar, and bar/lounge area featured delicious food and drinks. the location advantages were impressive, and we could easily access exciting sites nearby, including the lively city centre.
